Thank you for shopping with Falcon Watch Parts. This page explains how we process and ship orders from our store.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding [U.S. federal / local] holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If there is an unexpected delay (for example, an inventory issue), we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship using trackable services from carriers such as [USPS / UPS]. The exact carrier and service may depend on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order.

We do our best to combine multiple items into a single shipment when possible.

If you place multiple orders going to the same address within a short time frame, we may combine them into one shipment where practical.

Shipping charges shown at checkout reflect how items are packed at the time of ordering. We do not guarantee partial shipping refunds for combined orders, but may offer them at our discretion when the actual cost is significantly lower.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:

Reship the order to an updated address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

Refund the order minus original shipping once the package is returned and inspected.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Delays in Transit
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Weather, carrier volume, customs inspections, and other factors may cause delays.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we’ll help you follow up with the carrier where possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

We may open a claim with the carrier and, depending on the outcome and availability, may replace or refund the order in accordance with our policies.
